1. Free Trial
Perde offers a 1-day free trial with all features unlocked. No payment is required for the trial. We encourage you to evaluate the application before purchasing.
2. Refund Window
You may request a refund within 14 days of your purchase date. No questions asked.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email support@getperde.app with your order details. Your refund will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.
4. After a Refund
Once a refund is processed, your license key will be deactivated. You must stop using the application.
5. Disputes
Chargebacks or payment disputes filed outside the refund process may result in immediate license revocation.
